Was nice to listen to after having my own moment just before reaching Skiddaw House, talking to Mum. Great moment of reflection & opening up about things that are going on with us I’ve been battling with epilepsy since it started in early 20’s nearly got it stable hence want to start out hiking & been looking up people like yourself on RU-vid great work 😊😊

Cool trip guys, I’ve this route planned in September and it’s my first multi day hike, I suffer with Plantar fasciitis I can easily knock 10 miles out without any issues, but never really done any more that that, I’ve the Yorkshire 3 peaks planned before I go, would you recommend to do this or train a lot more before I tackle it?
