Boris is great! ALL the percussion sounds you can hear (drums, cymbals, woodblocks, windchimes, etc.) are played LIVE! he doesn't use any pre-recorded sounds... he is awesome!
The Cure has been one of my favorite bands since around '88. They've helped me through alot of depression. I absolutely love their music. One of my favorite songs by them. I LOVE ALL OF THEIR MUSIC !!!

This is the Best LIVE version of HIGH. It mirrors the studio version, and sounds so full with the 3 guitars playing together during the song, not many live performances have Perry's part after this tour.
I like how Robert is here and up to the Wild Mood Swings era, he seemed more relaxed and content and growing older gracefully. Yeah sure he got a little chubby, but I actually think that's quite cute. He's like an adorable moody little panda bear with wicked hair.
Wow one of their better live performances, it is an unusual song too I don't remember this one as much so much going on it's like a soundscape, Robert Smith looks like he's playing like a baritone jazzmaster along with one other dude it's incredible
There's actually 3 bass guitars in stage here - Perry and Robert rocking the Fender Bass VI's - and Simon of course. Fender considers those a bass guitar due to the scale length. As mentioned above - this is the sound of the Cure (Pictures of You, Lullaby, Faith etc).
What a great live version! Band plays like a dream and it sounds VERY good. My favourite Cure song also, very good drumbeat and so melodic, aaah PERFECT!
Regardless, I still think that, whoever, whomever, filmed, recorded this, did a masterful job not only in surround-sound, if you will, but also the candid, upfront, in their faces, shots of this one in a billion, to me, group....

So I found myself watching the film "Jersey Girl" over and over again, until I finally realized that this song was the reason. The music is mesmerising and the lyrics are very romantic. So where was I in the 90's? How did I miss this?

There are a lot of live versions since 92, but this is the best. With Boris and Porl the band was just at top form. I wish they would have done Plainsong and Closedown on the Wish tour as well, those would be amazing versions I'm sure.
Blessing that this being my fave version of this beautiful song is available on the "show" live album. Thank You RS for this incredible recorded moment... I can't count the times that this version has kept me company in my happiest n darkest moments..
