Saw them over 20 years ago. They played for nearly three hours. The sound was perfect and it was the best concert ever .

He is such a lovely person, he made me cry and burst to tears at the concert in Munich last saturday ~ 🥺🙏 I love listening to The Cure since i was 12 years ( now i am 50 ~) and it was like Robert would like to thank all his fans for all the years together, through all the decades and stations of life. The whole concert , all musicians together arranged such a mesmerizing, overwhealming and fascinating evening 💞 I will never ever forget !!! Thank you so much for everything , The Cure 🙏💖🎸🎸🎸🥁 🎵

@@HickW Dear Sofie, thank you very much for your long message, too. 🤗 When i was around 11/12 years old i used to be in the Punk/~Wavescene of Munich and i loved listening to the Sound of Joy Division, bauhaus, Dead can dance, Siiouxsie and the Banshees , and on top, of course : The Cure 😍 I used to hear their first 4 albums up and down ( i still got them all on tape ) . Back then I just couldn't stop listening to all their songs but especially "a forest " and " in your house" have done it to me. It never stops beeing one of an all time favourite song to me. 🙂🎧 At the show in Munich Robert asked the crowd to sing Happy Birthday to Roger O' Donnell~ It was wonderful 💞 Lovely greetings from Jane 😊

@@HickW Place in Philly long gone. Called CHESTNUT CABARET. Also saw Cyndi Lauper there too. In the late 1970's and early 1980's Philly had some amazing venues. I saw so many amazing acts in fairly small clubs. Now I know why I'm losing my hearing!!!
