Please make a checklist of the lessons learned in computer and have it printed and then photocopied. So that every time you sale/ purchase you go through that checklist.
Honestly speaking, ustad e mohtaram, as a genuine buyer, if a dealer would keep changing his stance so many times for a car, i would've also backed off from such a deal. It starts looking fishy if so many nuisances keep appearing in a deal again and again :(

Bhai. I think khurram bhai was at fault along. Lesson for you. When parking a car in your showroom. Check papers and file physically. Ask for tracker or any equipment that needs to be removed at the time of sale. I also have a small youtube channel. Will inshallah pay a visit to your showroom someday. Bro genuine question. Here in ISB when we register a car excise dept takes all invoice and both sales certificate aur hamein aik smart card mil jata ha. Toh file Wala scene khatam ho gaya ha ya abhi bhi honi chahiye.

Very right as a dealer if you are taking responsibility you need to check the file token and smart card details or any issues like tracker etc before hand Finally you need to make clear mode of payment with owner and seller as there are issues of fake pay order and bank verification is must with proper stamp papers regards
True that bro. One rule of thumb I made that day. PO transfer hoga to gari release hogi. Also, I need to check the documents before hand takay ain moqay par maslay na hoon. Lesson learnt. Allhumdulilah.

Mr. Abdi, if I ask you..... Agar Pay Order ya Bank draft is not reliable then what would be the mode of payment? Cash. Don't you think making cash payments for big amounts will cause more complexities specially for filer persons.
1. If the deal is in the form of PO/DD. then tell your Bank/branch to take the confirmation form by issuing Bank/branch through email. 2. If taking the cash, then tell the party to deposit the cash to your account and bring the receipt. You can also go with them to deposit the cash at the bank counter. 3. Use internet banking transfer. All those steps should be done before giving the vehicle key.
Being professional you have to have all these basic info from seller what you have and what not(file,registration passport book,tracker..etc)..for me it seems slightly unprofessional.
As an individual buyer jb be hm gari lety hein ya even kisi ko leka dety hein to file ki photocopy krwa ka list down krty hein ka knsay docs recieve huay hein, unhun na to apki aik bar bat sun li thi koi hmary jasa hota to kbe mur ka msg na krta. Its your responsibility to keep all the things alligned when car is standing in your place.
You should not blindly trust people till everything is secure in hand & should not proceed further before that, true lots of frauds around .. However to give benefit of doubt as a buyer i might have also backed off because of so many hiccups from the owners side... Every paper work should be prepared, organised & ready before hand as it looks more professional....
why would i genuine buyer purchase a car which has so many touchups........ the OTHER THING is the car documents....being a showroom owner/dealer, ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT: Return file Road tax Genuine number plates Car Keys (two keys)

i think abdi bhai that you should make a check-list for ssellign a car, fill those points in the list such as books, file, etc. then the buyer points such as PO at the end so that u can just keep a paper/digital check for each car you want to sell. aapko prior to finding party saari necessities dhoond kar rakh leni chahien takay problems na face hon. baaki good lesson learnt
Saturday payment lay rahay thay tu Cash deal ker letay, Khurram bhai b happy hojatay and app b. Aj kal fraud bohut hai shy kiya pay order nahy liya. Tracker wali baat k bad theek kiya party nay jo baat nahy keri. Is kahani main Careless Khurram bhai hain, sub ko rulaya wa tha :P.
