The annoying thing about these is the president wanted to introduce State police but Nigeria people with vested dubious interests are twisting his hands from making the state police establishment impossible. These insecurities will continue until this country is serious and make some necessary changes. Nigeria needs state police,true federalism else under development, crimes and corruption etc will not abate.
Incompetence, corruption are all political. People are languishing in kidnappers den yet we politicise everything instead getting competent hands to do the job
The issue in northern Nigeria is hunger for political power at all levels. Northern Nigerians are not ready for liberal democracy. Religion and illiteracy are symptoms of poor political ambition.
