if he was flying it would be to get from his bed to lasagna to tv, then back to bed. Besides on the occasions where he pesters Odie, or gets pestered by Nermal. He would be entirely too lazy to attack or bother any of us. I will say though, that with the wings, he may pester Odie a bit more.😉😉

3:08 cool even the music is very Thriller-inspired. It's got the basic riff going on probably as much as can be without requiring the license. Even the Michael Jackson's Moonwalker game for Genesis had to have 'Thriller' taken out (it's in the prototype but replaced in the released version by 'Another Part of Me') because Rod Temperton wrote it, not Michael and they only had rights to songs Mike wrote himself. Not sure why they couldn't get Temperton's rights but I don't know all that legal music stuff. :)

Splatterhouse was so good and legitimately scary if you follow the story. If you don't make it to certain bosses in time they murder your girlfriend's family, but the game goes on.

Yeah, I fairly sure someone would remember them playing Chiller, it is a very gory game where the goal is to torture people to death. Dan is also remembering it wrong, there is no ambiguity, you are definitely not saving people, you are shooting them, cutting their heads off, ripping them in half, crushing their skulls, ect. really gruesome stuff.

Splatterhouse was a trilogy on the Sega Genesis if I'm not mistaken. The main character wears a mask that makes him super powerful against a horde of evil demons and creatures of sorts. I could be wrong though.

I don't recall the first game being on Genesis. It wa an arcade game and got a few ports most notably the Turbo Grafx 16 version. Then came this NES game and then came Splatterhouse 2 and 3 for Genesis. :)

9:45 As far as I can tell, Dan is actually incorrect here. They've never played Chiller on Game Grump (any version). I honestly would not blame them if they never did, as that video would IMMEDIATELY get demonetized. And to answer Dan: no, you're not trying to save anybody. It's a shooting gallery and you have to shoot EVERYTHING on screen. It gets VERY gorey.

This game was so cute! I loved all the little details like the pumpkins spitting out even smaller pumpkins, the clouds moving in front of the moon and the little MC guy getting his own sprite for being taken hostage, even though the moment only lasts for a few seconds :) a lovely game
