Two - find a cyberpsycho (Very High Danger) in the Corpo Plaza, and instead of fighting him, sneak around until you find a loot chest. Save before you open it. There's a high chance that some Legendary Mantis Blades are in there. Then BAIL. LEAVE. DO NOT try to fight the psycho, you will DIE. To equip them, you have to go back to a ripperdoc. Have fun with your new toys.
