Provincial led dental associations are always making excuses to raise rates for dental care. On top of that these rates are increased on a yearly basis. Many Canadians simply cannot afford to go to the dentist on a regular basis or at all. Dentists have less customers this way and overcharge people who do use them. Now the government wants to help people get dental care. Only after they caused the problem in the first place. They should have worked together long time ago in order to make dentistry more affordable for its patrons. To all Canadians, especially those that find it unaffordable to do so. The government is disgusting. This should be a basic right.
