Good luck with Rodney's recover guys. We own a couple horses, 3 goats and plenty of other small animals (not including our dogs & cats) so I know how real shit can get when animals aren't 100%. Always sucks to see my wife get stressed about their wellbeing, just gotta make sure your there to do whatever is best for them as well as the lady. ;) Also, just signed up on the site. Owning 40 acres out in Eastern Colorado with a shit ton of stuff to do around here, been wanting a lighter duty pair for a while now. Stoked for this release!
We had sheeps and goats. They had also different issues with their health time to time. Sadly it happens. Even if you try your best to avoid it. So I feel your worries. Good you take good care of them. Rodney especially rigth now. If possible bring some other goats in the recovery room with Rodney. Goats are very social animals and it affects them good to have some companjons from their herd. It helps the healing process. Ofcourse you have to consider the dangers to another animals if you are dealing with some kind of health issue that could transfer from one animal to another. This must be taken into concideration also if you go from Rodney’s recreational room to taking care your other animals. Anyways, sheeps but goats especially needs their fellows. Especially during healing process It might be you know all this and you have your own takes on all this situation. But just in case I decided to talk abort this. Because it is heartbreaking to see animals suffering and it could affect seeing different options to make the situation better and considering also other ways. Because, again, this kind of situations can become very emotional in many ways. You and Dana being there is a big help for sure. It’s very good to see Rodney and your other animals gets great attention and that you take great care of them. Hope that Rodney gets better and regains his good health back. And even bejond that. :)
