The dairy supply chain and climate change: a discussion on new challenges and risk management 

A summary from the second workshop, dedicated to the dairy supply chain, organized by Emilia-Romagna Region within Life Ada, a project funded by the Life program of European Union.
The General Director of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium Riccardo Deserti, Simona Caselli (President of Granlatte Producer Organization) and Paolo Bono (President of the Certification Body OCQ PR) talk about the critical issues in this supply chain due to the effects of climate change and how, also thanks to Life Ada project, producers and other stakeholders have more concrete tools to address them.
