Kyrie is breaking the OKC defense, making his teammates open and providing assists. It's not just about scoring when he is constantly doubled.

Eleven asissts is prof good enough for that. And also with 2 steals and blocks each in defence with just 2 turnovers in more than 40 minutes. I love Kyrie`s game.

Luka has a 19/9/6 game and gets trashed because he had a bad game 1. Can you imagine the explosion if luka had a 9 pt game. Luka wouldn't get a pass. Luka plays 4 qtrs on offense and defense when he is not getting shoved to the floor by ref approved cheap shots

Even though kyrie had a quiet scoring game, i honestly thought he played pretty good. And to my surprise analytics somewhat agreed with me, despite going 25% from the field 0% from 3, he was a +9 for the night. Pretty interesting.

What’s even more crazy? Kyrie was 2-8 and they won, which is a good sign, and Luka is playing through injuries, but this is going to be a tough series. I feel like the Thunder is a lot harder than the Wolves.

i hate that they always call the moving screen fouls on the mavs but don't call it both ways with okc. The nba has been doing those types of screens lately and they never call it, now all of a sudden, multiple calls in one game I get that SGA drives more frequently to the rim than most ala early Dwayne wade/james harden, but too much selling on each play and getting touch fouls each time. it's hard to watch With all the touch fouls he's getting, you think this is a regular season game and not a playoff game. They didn't call that when the mavs where facing a much much more physical Clippers team, that was way physical than this but is not called the same. the nba just needs consistency with these. A lot of referee rules are subjective to the referee which can obviously make or break the game

Mavs need the 3pointers mandatory, teams with skillful and tall center like Chet make hard the dominance in the paint, Gafford was able to score but Lyvelly was silenced and with OKC speed and shooting, Mavs need the 3p to open up and pressure OKc to make mistakes. Without 3P massive , Mavs will struggle with teams like OKC, Minnesota or Nuggets. With 3p Mavs shine

I'm surprised: Luka got his mojo back. I was very worried; now I'm just a little worried: Neither of his knees are 100 percent, and we need him to be at the top of his abilities. OKC is a very good, young team. They'll play like banshees from now on, as they always do. I don't know: Was OKC just in a cold spot that'll pass? Two very different playing styles: Which will dominate? I wouldn't bet the farm on either of them, but I love seeing -- finally! -- my Mavs in the playoffs and doing well. Can they beat the Timberwolves or the Celtics? I would be surprised if they did; the Mavs just have a great little team that can sting you; they aren't up there with the best of the Lakers, the Bulls, or the Celtics. But, of course, no one can ask a team to play on that level.

I guess you didn’t think about the fact that shooting and actually making the shots are completely different. And PJ shot RIDICULOUSLY great. I’m not saying he will shoot horribly just not as great as he did in game 2. I guess you weren’t able to think about that for yourself huh?
