Wahallai, I swear by Allah, Shiekh, you are right. To marry a Christian as a Muslim is not advisable. I was once married to a Christian, she was very obedient from the first. Suddenly she changed and started taking my children to church, to which I objected. She was adamant and today my Children are die-hard Christians, kafir., this always tormented me and will continue until I die. I hope and wish to get a Muslim woman before I pass on who will give me Muslim children who will always pray for me when I finally pass on. Asalamu Aliekum.

You guys always think you can convert Christian ladies to Islam by making it legal for Muslim men to marry Christian ladies while your (Muslim) ladies are forbidden from marrying Christian men. I have many friends whose fathers made the same mistake as yours and their children became Christians. I once had two opportunities to marry two Muslim ladies but I told them from the beginning that our relationship would never lead to marriage and they agreed to date me (Even though they were both wife materials), I refused to marry them because since I can't convert their parents and siblings to Christian before our marriage, their (parents and siblings) practice of Islam may influence my kids to embrace Islam even if their mother converts to be a Christian. I pray your desire to find a Muslim woman be granted by God for your happiness.
