I feel u.. My family is going broke because of his bad habits. He drinks a lot and smokes a lot. My mom is only a housewife so we don't have much. He doesn't think the problem is big, he only says that were "stupid" and "idiots"
@@koalemosaraara3971 I grew up around the Cigarette Smoke and to this day Allergic to it ..You are a human being and Can not help what others do and will not change and your Worth way more than that . your right they are expensive and very Bad for everyone's Health ..My Son is 20 now a Marine and Never Will Smoke and glad for that & hope you never will😊 Pray 🙏 it helps alot and if you have a good Church to go to around ..My Son went before he went into the Marines and had alot youth group in it ..Praying for Sharon 🙏

I was working an outside wedding yesterday, everyone was heavy smoking all the time for the 7 hours i was there. Normally i wouldn't wear the mask outside, but I wore it tightly as protection against the smoke and then the fire gas they had burning. Probably didn't help much honestly. Someone was even smoking holding their puppy which is abusive. You couldn't escape it cause they all were smoking in the same area the whole time. Ive never liked smokers, but its absolutely terrible when they really dont give af about the people around them. The ironic thing is the grandma at the beginning of the day asked if i could cover my face with the mask in the house. But when she was outside was smoking like crazyyyyyyyyy. I didn't see her wear a mask at all. Where is the logic. I think shes most at risk for her decision to smoke
As a cart attendant of a company that promotes smoking, second hand smoke is making me feel sick, and I have asthma so breathing isn’t my strongest suit.
My dad smokes in our house specially our shared bathroom.. I gave up on not breathing in the smell and smoke.. I cant handle it anymore it feels like they hate me and dont care for me anymore.. Everytime i say smoke outside not inside they say “its fine its just the smell” JUST THE SMELL DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT!? Dont you care about me?.. WHY WHEN ITS MY BABY COUSIN YOU DONT SMOKE INSIDE BUT WHEN ITS ME YOU DO!? AM I NOT IMPORTANT!? Do you not care!?....i wish i can say does things to them yet i know that they wont listen..
How things have changed . When my mother was younger she said there was no scientific evidence to say passive smoking was bad for you. People smoked on buses and in work places all the time . She had a father who smoked heavily indoors too. No wonder she has asthma today.
HELP, I’m staying with my aunt who smokes, but she only smokes in her bedroom, thing is the smoke moves into the room I’m sleeping in, there is no choice to smell it cause this is an apartment, so I can’t do anything about it... I’M DYING!!
I have two friends that the people they live with smoke in the house, I’m worried about them, I don’t want them to have problems with their lungs or anything else down the road cause of the second hand smoke
i live in a townhouse, my neighbours smoke and it akes our house smell like cigarette!!!! me and my small kids don't smoke! and they have a small child in there, imagine how bad it is if it's coming into my house. i have to constantly wash my dishes, spons, pots etc before i use them. my cupboards smell like the cigarette smoke.
its good but the best place to go if there is someone smoking in your house its outside because there is much more air and as she said more circulation
I live in subsidized housing, while smoking is not allowed in HUD facilities, this place is privately owned but pulls funds off of section 8 statutes. They allow smoking anywhere out side and in the apt. of smokers. I have no place to sit outside as the smokers will come over to where ever I might be and light up just to watch me get up and leave. Needless to say I am looking for a safe place to live where people respect non smokers rights to breath fresh air. There are medical reasons smoking is bad but they simply say to me "survival of the fittest" and could care less. So I have been eating lots of baked beans and really get gassy stinking up every where within 6 ft. of where I sit, now they smell and hear me rip one off and they get up and leave. I yell out "Remember the Alamo!" Baked beans on a bus trip rule and survival of the fittest! LOL
I'm 14 and my Mom, Poppop, and Grandma would smoke around me outside and in the open garage sometimes. Lately I've been having random 'seal coughs' as my mom calls it where my throat strains but it only used to happen when I had an allergic reaction. So am I allergic to something at school or should I be worried that I developed a 'smoker's cough'?
You're not as exposed to second hand smoke if you are outside, but it is still a danger. I'd not spend time around your parents or family if they choose to smoke around you.
My wife mom smoke all the time She always say “ My house her rules” Well I don’t have to be go to your house ever again my health is way to important to be around that smoke 💨
@garagecrap Obesity is also rising and is known to increase cancer relative risk, increased sun exposure, polluion... there are many factors, would depend on what cancer you are talking about... would be good to see the journal publication you are reading from..
Better yet: educate people about what secondhand smoking is, instead of hyping up the myths about it. In order to be really affected by it, a person has to be sitting in an extremely smoke polluted room without any circulation!!! The myths about secondhand smoke had caused such ridiculous outcomes and anxiety in our society.
