Clearly, as you can read the bible says Gods spirit was upon the face of the deep, that would be the HOLYGHOST the power of God, also God speaks this world into existence that would be Jesus Christ who is the word of God came in flesh. So in conclusion God used his power (Holyspirit) and also spoke words(Gods words are Jesus Christ who came in flesh) into existence to created the heaven and the Earth, and to break it down even more for you Gods power (Holyghost) and his words (Jesus) made Heaven and earth.
