Gun_Damn_IT: That is absolutely not always the case though. The difference between a hardcover and a paperback is the binding material (paper vs paper/buckram/leather/cloth with boards), but while pretty much 99,9% of all paperbacks are glued, far from all hardcovers are smyth-sewn and there is never a guarantee that a hardcover edition will be sewn, and that's why it would be great if more people would share that information on these kinds of books! :-)
