I didn't watch Batman cause I kinda thought it was a crappy action, kid's movie. But I tried... and oh my god I'm a fucking idiot. This trilogy is probobly the best shit I've ever seen with my stupid eyes. Bane and Joker character's are so well played. God fucking damnit, wish I didn't see this movie so I could rewatch it AGAIN. :/

This is the truest form of batman interpretation there ever will be.

If someone did not understand the ending, Bruce repaired the automatic pilot so he escaped before the explosion. What he did was kill the batman but not the man behind the mask. This reminds me something which Harvey Dent said "Die like a hero or live enough to became a villian", it seems that Bruce listened that very well.

It is the true essence of Batman, spoken in two powerful lines. He is a masked figure whom has no limits, covering a man limited by his own humanity. He is willing to give anything and everything to right the wrongs of the world for the greater good. This line was so perfectly written and delivered by a director that exquisitely captured the truly inspirational figure of generations past and generations to come.

I think The Dark Knight Trilogy is so good and better than other superhero movies because it focus more in the story. Nolan clearly was not interested in making senseless action scenes with tons of special effects (like The Avengers. Sorry Marvel Fans but thats what i think). The story and characters are the stars in this trilogy, and thats why is so fu**ing great.

Nolan, comeback we need you, dc hasn't been the same without you

This film will be Ten years old next year (2022)! And this trailer still gives me chills! God bless Christopher Nolan and everyone who worked on this masterpiece of a trilogy!

I can understand if people don't like Rises as much as The Dark Knight. I can easily see why people would say prefer the Joker over Bane, and so forth. But I have a hard time just looking at this as just a generic blockbuster action-film like Prometheus (Yes some people have actually made that comparison). The action scenes are mostly practical effects, while someone like Michael Bay would use CGI for everything. The plot is creative, and the themes of revolution and social classes are interesting. The Journey of Bruce Wayne is fascinating and emotional, and the ending is one of the best I've ever seen. The plotholes are there sure, there's a little too much exposition yes, and Bale's voice can be silly at times. But I still enjoy this movie for it's ambition, creative story, it's villain, the subtle themes, etc. With that said, The Dark Knight is better. That movie was the natural evolution of traditional Batman story-telling.

Infinity war trailer 152 million viewers The Dark knight 32 million viewers THAT IS A SHAME I've just come here after The Infinity War trailer and all i can say is, Infinity war is a war between some sort of "Aliens" and jokes between supery mupery "heroes" (according to themselves) The Dark knight is about a man becomes a hero to himself and the "real" people, and an idea, hope and you know all the deep stuff that never EVER be forgotten

And then came Affleck...

Possibly the best trailer ever. I keep coming back to it after all these years. It's pure magic.

Okay I know this is a VERY unpopular opinion, but..... This is my favorite Batman film! Don't know why, but for some reason this is the Batman film I watch routinely.

so far TDK and TDKR are both outstanding over any other superhero movie.

This film is one of my favourite superhero films, up there with The Dark Knight. Following the previous film in the trilogy, I get why people think it is disappointing. If you judge it in isolation from The Dark Knight, then it will blow you away. Also, this trailer is easily one of my favourite film trailers of all time. I still get goosebumps, as if I have never seen the film.

Every time I watch one of these movies I'm like "THIS ones the best!" Then I watch one of the other ones and I say the same thing.

Quite easily one of the top 3 cinematic trailers in history. Not a missed beat, excellent use of the music, build up to a climax within the trailer, the chanting. Pretty much the perfect trailer.

I haven't watched this movie when it came out until now and all I can say is... I've never cried in action movie until now. Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing this was!

I still like/watch this movie, even in 2019.

Rebooting Batman is going to be really hard after Nolans trilogy the bar was raised beyond anything especially after the dark knight

What made The Dark Knight Trilogy so perfect was that Christopher Nolan rewrote the rules of what a Batman movie should be, and how you could make one. 1. Make it yours. Put your own original spin on it, but still stay true to the source material. But if you have the right mind, you can make your take on Batman COMPLETELY your own! 2. Have a soundtrack that suits the tone. The Dark Knight Trilogy was dark..... VERY dark. So it had an equally dark soundtrack. If you want to make a campy Batman, make the soundtrack campy. If you want a dark Batman, make it sound dark. If you want a healthy mix of both, then have the soundtrack be campy in one part, but dark in the next, and then BOTH in the next part! 3. The characters and their overall look. Tim Burton mixed campy with dark. Nolan was realistic and dark. Snyder was...... a modern day The Dark Knight Returns. Depending on the type of Batman you want to make, make sure the outfit matches the tone of the Batman you're making. The same goes for the villains. 4. The Joker. There must always be a Joker. Cesar Romero was Joker. Jack Nicholson was Joker. Mark Hamill is THE Joker. Heath Ledger was THE Joker. And Jared Leto WILL BE Joker. Once again, it depends on what kind of Batman it is. If it's animated, then make the Joker animated. But if the animation is meant to be more realistic and dark, try to follow the example of Brian Bolland's Joker from The Killing Joke. If it's a live-action Joker, find someone who can look and act like the Joker you are making. And finally: 5. Bruce Wayne. Once you do the origin of Bruce Wayne, you're just repeating it like everyone else.........................which is perfectly fine. But, if you want to have him start out as Batman, then start him out as Batman. It's your choice, basically. As long as you put a unique spin on it. Not sure if these are Nolan's rules or mine. Either way, these are good rules to follow.

I remember when I went to go see the avengers on opening night and this trailer played before it along with Prometheus & Brave. Well let me just say that this fantastic trailer was the highlight of that night.

The fact that there is an Englishman, an Irishman, and of course a Freeman, in this trilogy, makes it even more epic
