This is my fan made soundtrack on Bane's Theme for the up-coming movie The Dark Knight Rises. Elements of the track are influenced by the Dark Knight OST.
I'm sure Mr Zimmer will do an amazing job with the real thing.
The chant in the track is taken from the UJAM recording booth.

Just a quick reply to everyone. Yes this is fan made. I made it in December last year without much clue as to what the real soundtrack was going to be other then the sample of the chant. The real soundtrack was just released today by Hans Zimmer!

Thanks for your support :). @FMoradipour The composition of this track was done in Ableton Live. Bass using Zoom H4n recording of car engines (pitch shifted.) Orchestral banks with a mix of Nexus vsti for good effect. Vocals explained in title but the deep male choir done using Nexus. @ShenKazama Soundcloud caps at 100 downloads, I'll look into providing another link soonish.

This guy was able to take control of a entire city, let alone force even the President to give up all hope for Gotham. That proves that he is versatile villain in every way. he may be ever stronger then Joker.

A majority of these fan-made soundtrack songs fail as they provide something that lacks elements from prior soundtracks and lack the structure of something you would expect to actually be in the movie. This beautifully combines elements from previous soundtracks and gives us something that could very well be in the movie. Well done sir.

Each has his strengths: The Joker, being such a sadistic madman, is easily Batman's most unpredictable and makes the most antithetical enemy. Bane is just as challenging because, far from being a madman, he's every bit as strong, calculating and mentally and physically hardened as the Dark Knight. Personally, I prefer the Joker--but he's also decked out in purple, so that tips the scales unfairly in his favor.

The Joker and Bane fill very different but significant categories. The Joker is embodiment of chaos. He is the perfect foil for Bats in the sense that he embraces unpredictable destruction in the face of Bat's dependence on order. Initially, Bats was prepared for pimps and thugs--not madness. Bane, however, is easily Batman's deadliest enemy because he's always above Bats, equal to him in intellect but surpassing him in strength. Yet he's the ONE villain who acts according to a code of honor.

As good as Hardy did, I think they mis-cast Bane. Hardy is 5'10", he's actually shorter than Bale and too slim. He bulked up pretty good for the movie but I think they should have gotten someone bigger, someone imposing and also the voice was too high-pitched and goofy. I actually liked the fact that Nolan's version of Bane was realistic and not a super-steroid Hulk figure like in the comics but I personally think Hardy wasn't the best choice, even though he did a good job.

This was THE track for me that set all my expectations of what Hans Zimmer could do with the TDKR. And I am sadly to inform you that I was a bit dissapointed ... in Hans Zimmer. Bane hasn't got that powerfull Theme as I aspected it would be. (Compared to the why so serious track) . You make a great focus on the chant on a slower base causes that incredidable hunting presence of what could be the impression of Bane ... while Zimmer uses it far more subtle.

@Maciejka0111 its ok man, so what I ment by "how dare you insult a brick" was that the B&R's bane was lower than a brick, implying that I was contrasting the two, with the brick being higher tier. in fact that wasn't even bane at all, it was hulk in a bane costume. the animated series came close to the character though.

Also, if someone were to use your line of reasoning, they could easily argue "Joker trying to get the good guy to become the bad guy. What is this? Star Wars?" or "Joker trying to get the good guy to admit that theyre the same as the villain? HUNDREDS of villains have tried to do that with the hero." Its not about cliches or originality. Its about how well it was executed. All 3 movies, while having cliches and unoriginal tidbits, were BEAUTIFULLY executed. At least, I think so.

For someone who seems to be a Joker fan, you completely missed the point he was trying to make. One could easily argue with you "Why did Joker threaten to blow both ships? No need for a bomb" Ridiculous. He needed the bomb to maintain control and keep people from trying to come into Gotham. Joker needed the bomb to keep people from trying to jump ship and so theyd play along and prove his point. Joker used bomb threats CONSTANTLY throughout Dark Knight.

There are hundreds of better plots. A nuclear bomb, Come on? It's also the EXACT same plot more or less as Batman Begins. Dark Knight has an ingenious plot with the Joker. Bane and Talia's plan didn't make sense and was cliched. Bane should have just instigated Gotham to turn on itself (which happened in the movie and was brilliant) and leave it at that. There was no need for a bomb!

even at the end of the movie when batman was back in shape and ready for round 2 batman was loosing horribly until he managed to bust banes mask. If busting the mask wasnt an option batman would have been done for again. Batman in his prime wouldnt have done any better, thats the point of bane, his physical superior in every way, strength and training. Bane beat his ass in this movie and it was awesome .. just throwing that in there, that first fight scene made me smile :)

well you have to understand that he could have hired any big looking guy who could fill out the role of Bane on a physical level BUT the thing is those actors have more muscle than acting talent. Yeah Hardy might be shorter than Bale but that was never really evident in the film and yeah the voice was a bit odd when Hardy first spoke in the film but after the initial first scene of Bane the voice just felt natural afterwards

Well Rises might combine all three elements I'm guessing. They say scarecrow may play a small part in it and alongside that, the league of shadows used fear to their advantage with that blue flower herb - and they're back. Chaos may play a part from there being total anarchy, what with gotham's inmates being realised and the police force not being able to combat it, and then there's bane bane with his whole occupy gotham crusade.

I think that you are definitely right about that. its going to be interesting to see how nolan will evolve the bane character, banes always been about fighting, i think this movie is going to set a new bar for the character, with the psychological influence nolans movies have. maybe batman gets killed by bane, and the people of gotham finally rises to take on bane or something. what i know is that its going to be epic:)

Definitely aha. But bane will probably use differing sorts of tactics to break gotham's spirit. Reason why I say is that each film in the trilogy revolves around a different psychological theme with respect to the way in which each antagonist attempts to affect the minds of gotham's civilisation. BB was fear, TDK chaos and this probably self righteousness; "Gotham...take control...take control of ur city...this is the instrument of your liberation". Or not, I don't know. What u think? :)

Wonder if the Bane from The Dark Knight Rises will be much closer to the comic book Bane? The Tim Burton version had him powered by Venom, but he was dumber than a brick. The comic book Bane had a very unpleasant childhood and even after being affected by the Venom drug retained his psyche. Also the comic book Bane was a master tactician worthy of being one of Batmans deadliest adversaries.

Dude Joker was. He made people go insane, he burnt money, he tipped over trucks, he laughed like a serial killer, he escaped Batman like 3 Times any Bane just wanted to get hurt. Bane had a Plan. Its much more epic without a plan. Because i've you have no plan then your a Dog Chasing cars.

Bane is a better villain because (lets just say) if both bane and the joker were real which would you fear more ? The joker was insane and he liked to Fuck with people, where as bane held a city captive for 5 months ! bane is by far the more intimidating villain ! I would sure as hell shit myself if bane so much as said hi to me !

AGREED, I just saw the movie today, While I was watching the movie, in the very end when they reach the bomb, I was thinking that Bane could re appear when Ra's al Ghul's daughter was dying, he appears to stop Batman from taking the bomb outside the city, very hurt because of Catwoman's shoot, but still kick ass.. But no.. he really died.. and patheticly..

these movies are very psychological i am 100% sure bane will be smart as hell. he'll be using both strenght and tactics to beat batman 1on1 but trying to corrupt gothams spirit aswell, much like joker did (in the trailer you can see him holding up a picture of harvey dent). maybe he'll use part of jokers old work to bring down gotham.

@Maciejka0111 well as far we know bane is the leader and mastermind of a mercenary army, and look like he will give batman the beatting of his life, the main characteristics of the bane comics are there, exept for the venom tho in the movie his mask provides him a drug that makes him inmune to pain, it has not being revealed yet if the name of this drug will be called venom.

Does her character have any sort of role in the original comics? Because although the film may not be completely aligned with them in terms of story and character development, it would be a good place to start if you really want to find out for sure...yes, no, maybe?

@Maciejka0111 it was the film with george clooney in it that bane was awful, i agree, but then i thought that whole film sucked. im happy too that the caracters are getting a decent remake, pity there wont be any more. (i wouldve liked to see killer croc or dr freeze myself)
