I think every car with "Low Standard" most specially "E.V Car" have "Penalty Fee", that violated consumer act. In progress if this thing continue each time they Deliver a low standard product also the "Penalty Fee" will go High. Until The imposed continue to revocation they're right to sell there product from the markets.
not bad but tesla has tracking function since day 1. This is why china had a problem with tesla claming they're selling data to the military but actually they're selling them to advertisers. Oh and you know phones have the same function? battery is the same problem around the world and people refuse to switch to salt-based battery with lower capacity. byd wouldn't threaten the American market since it's a different grade . Many american car manufacturer are moving to mexico so that was just business as normal. Stealing tech is super normal and happens both ways but chinese ripoff techs sucks but cheap. safety? it's a running bomb. they both explode. I think china man ev's will have to put in there time. like Hyundai's in the 80's took a long time to be mainstream. china ev revolution has many decades to go to gain reputation in this world. this is a problem for my grandchildren to buy or not to buy. I will never buy a chinese car . full stop.
