En París, cientos de migrantes duermen en ciudades de casas de campaña bajo los puentes, pero la degradación de esta pobre gente de Skid Row, creo que es el extremo de la miseria humana. Como bien dices, parecen escenas de película de terror :(

Because the reports of high crime is a lie. Unfortunately in late 2018 I fell on hard times & spent 4 months on skid row. Never in that time did I see any overt criminal actions. In fact the people there treated me better than the people in downtown L.A. the ones money & no mental issues. Like you I believed the hype until I lived there. I'm now back working & in a home. This opened my eyes to can't believe everything you hear, research for yourself on media reports. 😃 B safe 😷

Rich people in LA also deal with homeless a lot less often than regular people like me. We all feel bad for the homeless here.
