Didn’t like Ballmer for years but after watching the show...realized how hard he worked all his life. Now have much respect for the man. Don’t agree with all his views but his loyalty and hard work does inspire in the end. Took me 20 years hhhaha.

Had the privilege of sitting beside him on a few occasions in my career, he is as genuine and authentic in person as he is in this video. One of the smartest (with numbers) people I have ever met as well, a very big brain. People often forget that quarter after quarter MSFT consistently earned 30% gross profit under his leadership.

I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value

It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name MARTHA ALONSO HARA and everything changed. I started enjoying huge returns from my investment.

It was a big risk for company as big as Microsoft to turn their core business around. Especially after he, as the one of the leaders of it experienced 2 major crisis in his turn. Remember, Apple was almost all in on the iPhone, Microsoft was the king in the tech world back then. They even had the best software for the smartphone at the time, but it's hard to go against 25+ years of legacy, this mistake isn't solely on him, it happened through the history, closest one to compare it to is IBM.

Steve Ballmer used to hate linux, at one point even said that it's Cancer, but later praised Satya Nadella for taking interest in open source. He said that during his time things were different.

Are you absurd? Earnings tripled under him while earnings have just under double under Satya Nadella. He made Microsoft an economic powerhouse by the time he left and he has been a great goddamn leader.

He ran from 2000 - 2014. I would say Xp and Windows 7 did good. Windows 8 was handsdown the worst OS made so.. you can blame that one i guess. I would argue Windows 10 is 2nd worst, but tolerable atleast

he is famous for laughing at iPhone for not having a keyboard and boast that MS sold more phone, etc (search for it if youre interested). then during his tenure, the microsoft mobile products died. he also made unfair deal with Nokia (to move from Symbian to Windows OS) that discouraged other cellphone manufacturers to use Windows and eventually left Nokia as the only manufacture using WINDOWS OS on mobile phone - less developers - then Nokia failed again. microsoft suffered its biggest disappointment during his leadership.... mobile phone product death..
