This, by far, was the greatest single race of all time in the history of the sport. Even the 2011 Ford 400 has got nothing on this one. So much history and championship hype, all wrapped into one race.
Agreed. I understand why NASCAR wants these Game 7 moments in their season finales, but they’ve forgotten that such moments are only special because they don’t happen all the time. When they do happen all the time, they just bleed together and none of them become special.
