If it's like the Division I'm in. I would love to have the option to play PvE without forced to deal with other players wanting to kill me, especially if they are using cheats or exploits. I would even be up for a fully offline mode.

Same. I'd rather have a fully offline mode with online play. MMOs mean that you don't actually own the game. When the servers go down (and they eventually will... they always do) anything and everything about that game- your progress, whatever you bought, sometime even the friends you made- all of it disappears. I for one am tired of game companies telling me I can't play a game anymore by shutting down the servers. I want to play this, but not if its only online. I want to explore the world and what not on my own at my leisure... like how I still can with Ghost Recon WIldlands (fictional Bolivia is still fun as hell)

This game NEEDS player trading or it's gonna die in a few months...Once people are used to how good the gunplay is and stuff, we are going to want more...Farming loot at some point will become pointless unless we can buy/trade with each other.
