Naruto was about to be inaugurated as the 7th Hokage, but his two kids, Himawari and Boruto were fighting. Eventually, they accidentally ripped her stuffed panda, and she awakened her byakugan, and was about to one shot Boruto when Naruto stepped in and she hit his chakra point, knocking him out, making him miss GETTING INAUGURATED! WHY?! This was a pretty funny and interesting OVA, but Naruto should've been able to become Hokage himself man!
