During each prophets time, the people who heard the message and followed the prophet sent by Allah swt will be following that prophet on the day of judgment. So the people who followed Prophet Noah (as) will be with him

To believe in Issa Ibn Maryam (or Jesus as you translate it), peace be upon him, is to believe he is a prophet and messenger of Allah. Believing he is God or that he died for sins he did not commit or that he is part of 3 Gods is paganism and will lead you to hellfire for eternity.
