The dealer was almost giving away these Foreign Paper Money Banknotes! 

At a recent small town coin show, a dealer who focused on silver stacking also had a bin of used world Paper money and Currency banknotes. It's not what he must usually sell and it was priced to move! I paid $6 for the whole lot.
