The Death Eater | Halloweem Cocktail | Booze On The Rocks 

Today at Booze On The Rocks, we make the Death Eater cocktail. This cocktail takes its cues from the Deather Eaters of the Harry Potter series created by J. K. Rowling. The blue curacao and melon liqueur blend with the pineapple juice and homemade sweet and sour mix to give you a simple, balanced drink that is perfect for Halloween or any Potterhead. DEATH EATER
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Blue Curacao
.5 oz/15 ml Melon Liqueur
3 oz/90 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Sweet N' Sour **
1 Tsp/5 g Luster Powder
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10 seconds.
3. Shake without ice for 10 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a glass over fresh ice.
** SWEET N' SOUR MIX
1 oz/30 ml Lemon Juice
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel.
2. Stir and save for later use.
