I didn’t realize this was from 5 years ago! 😂 I was a bit confused as I thought Bobby had been married more than a year... 🤷🏻♀️ 😂 love that deen family so much!
This is a real treat!! Thank you so much! I missed seeing these specials during the holidays. It sure puts you in the holiday mood! A shining light in the clouds. When you think all happiness is gone, this appears and gives you that long lost happiness that comes with watching Ms. Paula's shows. Why mean and evil people who try their hardest to steal joy and comfort from others, I'll never know. So very nice to see this again. Makes the holiday season anticipation that much sweeter.
Paula, this is my first time seeing this video. I loved it and it brought tears to my eyes when you made the Magic happen at the end and turned all the Christmas lights on. It was always my families Favorite holiday and my Mom and I decorated like crazy. I just buried Both my parent this past Friday. They both passed away during this Pandemic and it has just broken my heart. They were married almost 66 years and were both 89 and passed away 1 month apart, that’s true love and they didn’t want to be apart. There are 5 of us kids and I’m the Baby at 54 years old. So, I was beyond blessed to have my loving parent for all those years. They always made an ordinary day seem special. Christmas and St Patrick’s Day were the 2 biggest holidays, we celebrated both holidays for at least the entire month. Thank you for bringing me a touch of Christmas in July. (Think it’s after midnight on June 30th). Love and Best dishes and Many more years of fun filled Holidays to you and your family. Treasure every moment, the time goes by way too fast. Love ya.
Kevin, I know this is a year old, but a year ago I lost my Daddy after losing my Mama the year before. It's still hard. They were married 70 years a week before my Mama passed, a year later my Daddy joined her. I feel your pain. 😔😢 Paula and her boys have been such a Godsend during the Pandemic. Reminds me of my family when younger. 😊
i sure miss seeing you on food network - You were all ways my fav - But it makes me happy to see you on You tube - you all ways put a smile on my face.
This beautiful Lady is for sure my all time fave Food Network AND star. I miss seeing you and your family's Thanksgiving and Holiday shows. There are so many of us who stand by you and love you. Onward and upward for you sweet Lady. Thanks for sharing this with us, your faithful and loyal fans/peeps. :)
I don’t watch the Food Network either. They treated Paula horrible, threw her away like trash. It was so wrong. Paula was held responsible for what her brother did. Again just wrong.
My grandmother, I’m sure, made the best coconut cake. She always used a fresh coconut. It might take a couple of days before it could be eaten. And, that’s because, after she put the cake together she would pierce the cake and drizzle the coconut milk over the cake, not all at once, but a little each time. Talking about a moist cake! I’m thankful to know my grandmother is with the Lord now, but what I’d give to have to have her back. Seeing the Deen family spending time together inspires me to do a Christmas cookie bake with my family this year.🍪🎄
I adore Paula Deen! I did a bunch of drawings for her and she was kind enough to call me and sent me an autographed photo. It's hanging in my kitchen today! Luckily, I wasn't in class and I was able to take her call. She is the nicest lady! Someday I'll get down to her restaurant, I'm dreaming of that, but I'm closer to Alaska than Georgia. Lol
Me too! She's a wonderful mother. That's why the sons turned out so good and they are so funny like her. Some of us didn't have a nice mother, just insults and beatings.
These cookies are what I remember being called almond crescents because of the addition of almond extract. If there was no extract or a little vanilla added then it was a pecan sandie, Mexican wedding cake, or Russian tea cake. Lots of names for a delicious easy cookie.
OH how lovely to watch during these times of chaos and turmoil. THANK YOU Paula Deen and family for providing such a comforting show for us. Love you all!
I thought I'd enjoy a little bit of Christmas during this world pandemic. First thing that popped up was this! It really made my day....love you Paula 🌲❤💚❤🌲 April 15th, 2020
I so agree with you. This just came up on my videos too. Here it is Christmas in April. Paula is the sweetest lady and this video just made me forget about this nasty virus.
I'm here on December 23rd following the recipe for those yummy looking cherry cookies. I'm baking cookies for some of our neighbor friends. Merry Christmas everyone! 🙏🏻🕊🎁🎄🎀
We haven't seen any real happiness in the world so far this year. I enjoyed this so much. Watching Paula and her boys cook and interact is just pleasing. I wish them all the best!
Paula every time I watch your family specials I cry because you remind me so much of my Grandma Jacky... And it’s a beautiful reminder, she was an extraordinary cook for our family and the one everyone flicked to about most everything... Thank you so much for sharing your joys with all of us...I will always Love watching you shine like you do and try and gather as much info on good home southern cooking as I can❣️❣️❣️🤗🤗🤗
William Norris Get over it and move on she did her apologizing. Why are you even on here if all you are going to do is hate? Just leave her channel damn🙄
Who in the country is Innocent of having never said this word? Agree, she More than paid for this, Everyone says things that later, they regret. She and her family still have a Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ soul. Forgive, you only hurt yourself with all your anger & hate. Take care!
