I've ridden my buddy's 90 litre and I am 85kgs. Found it really nice, surprisingly stable too. I really like the AK construction, had a Phazer before and it was and still is bulletproof.

Very fair, thorough, accurate review. Love my 115L Nomad--15 sessions winging on it so far this season. Happy I found one in US Midwest. Mostly fresh water lakes. I'm 82kg, winging two full years, many years windsurfing. Moving from basic 125L 5'-8" board. This Nomad is plenty stable for me--didn't want to go full skinny. Takes off early and touchdowns are nice skips. Pairs great with Axis HPS foil.

Thanks for this review! I bought the 115L for my 73kg. Had two wing sessions on it and positively surprised by the roll stability. I found its less of a pump-and-go board, more a pick up speed and take off in one go (ok maybe 1-2 pumps) Surprised too by the nose not getting stuck in the water, rather smooth touch and go! My wing sessions a bit on hold now .. lakes are frozen! Keen to hear your DW sup foil impressions. How easy is this paddle up for example? Great review style! Keep it up guys!

Hi ! Would you recommend this board for a beginner and light wind wing board ? Thanks

for light wind it is perfect and takes off easy. For a beginner it is quite narrow - in it's bigger size, if the person is used to standing on boards of a similar dimension (coming from windsurf or sup) it could work nicely and not be grown out of quickly. But if standing on stationary boards is new I'd recommend choosing something wider as a first board so progression is quick

I am 60kg, looking for lite wind winging, 90L I think for me, would you recommend a plasma or tracer foil and what size for my weight.

Great choice. The new range of AK foils is really nice. The tracer has a very loose and surfy feel, the plasma is more locked in and focused on efficiency and glide. You’ll find the best low end performance with the plasma, the 1600 would get you gliding in nothing, if that’s what you want. But then the tracer would make more a more versatile option which sacrifices some glide to gain all round fun and smiles, if you want to push turns and catch waves. The 1030 would be a good staple, or 800 lovely at your weight if you are happy holding speed. Hope that helps? Let us know what level you’re at and what you’re looking to do with the foil and we could try to narrow down more 🤙
