I by no means am saying I know WHAT to do about their university scouting, a part of me gets it. We should be at the cutting edge, and ideas cost money. Naturally the DOD should have a committee of sorts and foster the growth of the research. However..... Classifying and going dark with anything they deem necessary is out of hand... Can't help but be reminded of why the church and state were separated so long ago... The Web the establishment has woven is insane! To the point one damn near needs a degree just to inquire and follow doc dumps
