Damn, I already love the Weapon! She seems funny and she is so damn cute! Jen is doing amazing job with her voice, sounds much "cuter" than og Cortana.
This for real feels like the CE sequel we never really got. Bungie always talked about how they wanted Halo’s world to be expansive. Lots of cut enemies, vehicles, animals, and other ideas in CE due to hardware limitations. But Halo got more and more linear with every sequel. Not that it’s a bad thing, but the focus was definitely shifted. Glad to see a sort of return to the more open exploration premise. Hope we see some cool alien animals on the ring.
I’m confused, the original reveal also looked amazing, the only thing wrong with it was a couple optimization details in enemies faces that when you paused the video you can tell didn’t look detailed enough. But that might be the case for this video too. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still excited for this game and I pre ordered it a long long time ago. But I don’t see any major differences between the original reveal and this reveal, game still looks as good as it did back then…
6:27 not just an elite… Jega is the last known (so far) member of the Silent Shadow: spec ops elite assassins devoted to the covenant and killing Spartans. Jega is one of the 4 silent shadow elites that joined the Banished after killing their First Blade Officer (leader of their silent shadow unit). So ya I bet he will be one hell of a boss/antagonist in the campaign!
You're not alone Dee. I think the majority of Halo fans love the campaign over the multiplayer. Still love the multiplayer too though. My thoughts so far though are that I love like the campaign is ver Ubisoft-esc. Think Far Cry and Ghost Recon Wildlands. I'm worried, but still excited.
@@jackcruickshank2319 Far Cry has a good formula loop the problem is the gameplay isn't as satisfying as Halo. It'll be weird at first, but it had to progress from a linear campaign and open world needs depth and content.
@@WilsonRows I'll be honest, what's wrong with a linear campaign? Not every game is suited for an open world. Take Gears 5 for example. The worst bits of that game are open world. Open world games fit better for RPGs, I wouldn't say this upgrade system is enough to call it a RPG.

I've always enjoyed Halo since I was a kid, seeing that open world concept come to the series is incredibly exciting. I really enjoyed ODST when they attempted it, im sure I'll enjoy it here too. I'm hoping I get a Breath of the Wild feel and play nothing but campaign for the first 2 weeks
The campaign of halo infinite actually really reminded me of breath of the wild. A fallen hero getting back into the fight a good chunk of time later after being devastatingly beaten and slowly uncovers the events that transpired why he was gone. The fobs kinda reminded me of the towers too. In summary your comment aged well lol
Seeing how much you like Halo and how much you've enjoyed getting into Metroid, I really think Metroid Prime is going to be a wonderful experience for you when you get to it
@@meta9492 It is classified as a first person adventure. There is shooting, but it also focuses more on exploration and puzzle solving. It basically just adds fps elements to the Metroid formula and I think it will be right up his alley!

I came across Dee Bee reacting to Halo as a first timer to the franchise last week. Watched some of his reaction videos and it felt like I was experiencing Halo all over again starting from Halo CE. Now we are here, now in this moment, and he is watching the new Halo Infinite campaign overview. Within a week, I watched this man go from a first timer to getting ready for Infinite. As a Halo CE gamer when I was 8 to now, this does my heart right seeing a ‘fairly new” Halo fan stoked for Infinite.
Not gonna lie that Spartan Killer looks clean, Je Ga Urdanai (idk how to write it) is another Sangheli that calls my attention and yes the campaign looks super fun!!!
I am happy we are going to fight the banished in this game. I liked them in Halo wars 2. And now seeing them in a mainline Halo game like this is great.
I've been playing halo ever since it came out, as a kid. Never played much multi-player but I loved goofing off in the campaign. And I've grown up to love and really pay attention to the story. Campaign is what I'm psyched about!
You can see them take things from so many games in this tralier, I see doom eternal features, I see GOW cutscenes, I see BOTW link falling scene, I am loving it i pray the campaigns story is good cause its presentation is amazing. The biggest things i see are the art is good now, chief is talking as much but when he does talk its always a great line, we are back to the buddy cop Cortana and chief dynamic, and the biggest is the music seems to be leading the cutscenes emotional direction again instead of being good music played over a emotional moment its actually flowing with the cutscene which is one of the most important halo things that's makes halo so different. The story doesn't need to be 10/10 but it needs to be digestible and not overly convoluted like 4 and 5 cause when you get down to it halo really is a string of awesome individual moments with a ok story, if they get those moments right ill love this game.
dee bee just remember . this is a halo ring . which means it might contain flood specimens. whats more this is zeta halo . the halo ring where the forerunners housed the last primordial before it merged its consciousness with the parasite and became the flood gravemind .so be on your guard .
Anyone else notice the damaged grappleshot in the update discover hope scene or was that just me? Plus deebee I think you might enjoy trying halo infinite's multiplayer as you can practice with every weapon and helps you learn new weapon combos.

Just a heads up Infinte is NOT open world it just has very very open missions. Think The silent cartographer from CE an open mission that you can accomplish anyway you like.
They've actually gone on record on a couple of occasions to say that this game is by no means COMPLETELY open world. They've never once claimed it would be. They've always said that Infinite is supposed to take all the open world aspects that made Halo what it is, and amplify them to 11. Just wanted to clear that up for you so your expectations aren't TOO high. I don't even blame you tho haha my hype is absolutely through the roof right now! 🔥
While I think 343 has designed Halo Infinite to be a good entry point to the franchise, if you are already aware of the past titles, you should not sleep on them. All I can do is recommend you play all the old titles on the MCC in release order (CE, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, 4) before infinite. If you don't already have the MCC, it's 40 bucks on Xbox and steam for 6 major titles. If I were you, I would definitely not wait.
The Spirit of Fire was able to (kinda) take control of the Ark against the Banished using orbital canons, an Orange colored A.I. Red and Omega Spartan 2 teams, ODST squads, Hellbringers, Cyclops units, etc. Meanwhile, Master Chief is gonna take Zeta Halo from the Banished using his own skill, a girlfriend colored A.I, a pilot, and a few pissed off marines in their tank tops. Love it.
Hey I'm a Nintendo guy and clicking this video. Here's the deal: I acknowledge that Halo is a thing and it's a major thing in the video game landscape. Much like in the 90's Sonic was the answer to Mario, Halo is the MS's answer to everything and it succeeded and that's huge. That's majorly huge and thus absolutely must be respected and I do. But it's never been something that I've been excited about so let's see not because I'm interested about the franchise but because I care about deebeegeek. He's more precious than any gaming franchise and when he's happy, I'm happy so let's gooo!!!
