The plane is going like 5 MPH and Chuck's hair isn't even blowing in the wind but they HAD to do the bike-surfing stunt to reach the rope. 12-year-old me ate it up.
Yep I play that in loop when waiting at the gate of every flight I take. I watch the tarmac and imagine chuck norris is going to speed on his bike shooting back and front . It gives me goosebumps.
@@gibbs615 me too but I watched all the 80s classics in the early 90s. Movies like aliens, predator, over the top, you name it. They don’t make Movies like that anymore
The sound track brought back the excitement and good memories of my childhood in the house in the early ninethies watching this beautiful action movie with family and friends on VHS🙌🔥
yea. the bike went directly back to Chuck Norris' home without any command, somehow crossed overseas without a passport or any sort of identification and it was safe and sound by the time Chuck got home from that mission.
Keep in mind Kurt: the engines on that four engine plane require time to spool up, which naturally means the plane needs lots of runway length (i.e. at least 7,000 to 7,500 feet) just to take off.
Greetings from chuck Norris, Thank you so much for the love and support, by the grace of God I am my humble self and Thanks for your continued support of the official chuck Norris page!
Cannon Films usually had some damn good stunt work in their action films. The quality of the films themselves were usually B movie but definitely entertaining and still watchable to this day. Can't say that for most action films in general, especially the crap that comes out nowadays.
some facts about Lee Marvin: He served with the 4th Marine Division in the Pacific Theater during WW2 and we was wounded in action on June 18, 1944, during the assault on Mount Tapochau in the Battle of Saipan. He was hit by machine gun fire, which severed his sciatic nerve, and then was hit again in the foot by a sniper. Marvin was a corporal but was busted back to private for troublemaking.
Colonel !!! IT'S THE MAJOR !!! The Theme Song Hits Hard !!! Motivates you to do the unthinkable hence why the Major was able to do the things he did ! Who else is watching this in 2024?
I remember when this came out, I was a kid and usually wasn't into these types of shows. This was the acception. I really think it was the way Chuck Norris handled that bike that caught my interest.

The Delta Force is a 1986 American action film starring Chuck Norris and Lee Marvin (in his final film appearance) as leaders of an elite group of Special Operations Forces personnel based on the real life U.S. Army Delta Force unit.
Awesome film from my childhood. This was the film that made me fall in love with the Hercules. It just sounded awesome, the way they were sitting at the start of the movie with their engines running. Although, I do laugh at the end scene a little. "Come on let's goose this bird and get out of here!" "I don't know if we have enough room....." "We won't have a second chance, give it all you got!" "All right. Here we go......." *Makes face as if he's tring to squeeze one out on the pan.* And the plane easily takes off with plenty of room to spare! :D
A good scene with that is in the first transformers movie...either have your speakers up with bass or have surround sound headphones on...damn awesome gun sounds
I remember our dad taking me and my sister to watch Delta Force when we were little. When we got back dad said to mom, you know we saw Lee Marvin at the theater and she goes like, oh yeah, isn't that the guy from work, and me and my sister started giggling and laughing coz dad was playing along saying yeah, yeah, that's him! Fun memories almost 40 yrs on!
Hahahaha. I remember this movie as a kid... we loved it.. i even remember the soundtrack... Men i wish i could rewind time.. Life was much easier then.. no much worries
One my favorite movies. This scene was my favorite. I would get so excited as a kid watching Chuck Norris appear and save the day before getting on the plane. They don't make like this anymore...
I can't believe I really believed Chuck had a special bike that actually self drive itself back to Chuck's house. Matter fact, all my friends believed that. Nothing like being an innocent child
0:27 as you can see the guys with aks can't see Chuck Norris. This scene has been slowed so you can see how Chuck moves when he is as fast as the speed of light.
I'm from India, I miss the Good Old American Movies :) This Movie would have been Politically Incorrect if it was released today.. What a Great Memoriable Movie !!!
"I don't know that we have enough room" meanwhile the airplane takes off 1 km before the end of the runway... Great job director, you kept us on the edge of or seats
