0's @Zipzap220 In the original 70's Transformers, the sound that plays before he said "because it didn't make that sound" is because in the cartoon it made that sound (when they transformed, in the movie they layer that shit with more special sound effect that noise is very famous for transformers fans, and because they didn't make that noise. Ap (being a transformers fan) is saying they ruin it because they didn't play that sound, in actuality they do make that sound but it hard to hear it.
