I've seen so many people say "oh it's because his O-Line is bad" let me make one thing clear, this isn't a pocket passer, this is Deshaun Watson. So many people forget one thing, that during his time in Houston he had terrible O-Line's heck in 2018 he led the league in sacks with 63, yet still put up elite numbers. In 2020 his O-Line still was well below average and still put up career numbers including Touchdowns (33), Passer Rating (112) and even led the league in Passing Yards. And it's not like he's past his prime, it's not like he's in his late 30's, he's only 29. This isn't a new problem for him, yet he's not playing good at all, he's struggling massively when before he used to thrive in these situations. Watson right now is just plain bad, whether it's the team, or just he doesn't care anymore, he's not the same QB he used to be back in Houston. He's turned into a liability, just like the whole team right now.

Rogers isn't going to be a Jet next year while Watson will be at least getting a paycheck next year, if you blow it up, you will have to live with this blown-up team for 3 years. They may let him play, tank, and draft a QB, that get them out of the cap situation accept you are paying the QB room the highest in the league but not by much. He is worse than Wilson, but Denver went with Wilson for quite a while. This Jets team is at best a wildcard and a playoff loss in a weak AFC, and at best is adding an Adams, I think they fired the coach because the owner knows that and making the championship game was his blow the team up bar.

Everybody wants to Watson gone. The man does not have an O line to block for him. He’s being pressured constantly go look up his stats of pressures, knockdown hurries he’s been 19 times in five games but you wanna give Aaron Rodgers another receiver to lose with he didn’t win anything when Davante Adams was in Green Bay but keep making excuses for him. everyone wants to talk about Joe Flacco. He threw 10 interceptions in six games while he was in Cleveland and Baker didn’t succeed either in Cleveland and he’s losing in Tampa.
