To the nearest measurable degree it is more than 10 times and this is a unique skill so would have issues seeing the real broken ness of milim like her battle mode and rage becomes power ultimate skill that she is pretty much the only one who can use it at 100% because it is such a drain and this is scan of play time mode Best shown when Milim decides to use an excuse to play with Rimuru and pretty much pushed to his limits to just dodge with again no battle mode or her really trying, so great sage is kind of right where about 10 times raw power wise where playing Milim is since after that 10 times increase he can sort of deal with that( well he doesn’t auto lose to play mode if it devolves to a fight and can last a bit, can’t win since play mode is still just better suited to fight than he is)

The Sage said Milim was More than 10x stronger than Rimuru here And that's just her Suppressed state Rimuru did grow 10x stronger upon becoming a Demon Lord but Milim is still much stronger

So yeah Milim would still be stronger than current Rimuru in anime even when she isn't using her True Form.
