I tried to explain this to someone who agreed with what he did, and let me say that the spiritual blinders are really out there. I pray for these people.

If you are truly anointed by God to preach the word, the anointing itself should draw people in. You should not need to bring the secular world into the church. Did he really save souls though or did he just make people comfortable in their sins? Dancing to the song, Walk it out and Swag surfin is not supernatural. This is why most people think that Christianity is a joke. This has to stop. We need to fear the Lord again and have respect for the Gospel. There is a reason why God clearly explained in the scriptures his order of worship. GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION! The Gospel is not about the person it is about the Lord period and I am sure that the Lord didnt tell him to play Walk it out and to tell people to sow a seed. Your seeds are your deeds! The Lord wants your faith and obedience and not a monetary seed. Christians please wake up and dont be sheep being lead to slaugther🙏
@edski8536 I understand what you mean. However, there is such a thing as righteous anger. I hate seeing people claiming to be Christians while so obvious prideful like Murphy. I dealt with it a lot growing up in a Pentacostal church as a child...although I've long left that denomination. Have a blessed day.

I was once in a “church” like this, far from the Lord, but praise Him!! He saw fit to bring me out. I am forever grateful! It grieves me to see others being lead astray but let’s pray the Lord would open their eyes, and the false teacher’s eyes, too.. Otherwise, I pray He shuts their mouths!
The fact that he said "GOD gave him a prophetic WORD that REQUIRES a seed" was absolute trash! Maybe the lowercase gOD gave him a lowercaae wORD that REQUIRED a seed, but the God of the Bible doesn't move like that. Murphy was waaaaay wrong. 😡
As I was looking at his congregation what was dropped in my spirit was that by playing those songs, he took some of those saints back to their days of sin and partying, everyone’s gates were compromised. 🤦🏽♀️

I pray he repents and comes back to Jesus with a contrite heart. He has fallen away. He still has time to come back to the father. Pray for this man and those under his authority
That’s not scripture. First of all where did he fall away from. That is suggesting he was saved to begin with. God kept his promise and won’t lose not even one who comes to him. We pray that his will be done, not our will. Judgement is already on those who continually mislead by teaching false over and over even after knowing the gospel. Study Jeremiah 11:11-14 Just because someone is still breathing doesn’t mean judgement ain’t on him. He’s been walking in disobedience for years and he is clearly lost and bound in his reprobation.

He has fallen and he must have some level of knowledge who Jesus is and I’m sure at one point he did follow but like many others the Love of money and fame has corrupted their integrity. Though he has fallen he still has life in him to repent. He may being facing judgement but in the word one can clearly see once one does go through the judgement in this side and that person repents and turns back to God; is God hand so short that he can not show grace love and mercy even to those who have fallen. Surely he can he did it even with David, Solomon, Paul, Peter, and many others to say that someone doesn’t not have a chance anymore is in error brother. Yes right now he is under the judgment of God but that does not mean he can not repent face the consequences of his actions own it and return to the Father. Our Father is just as complex as he is at times very gentle to understand. We all like sheep have fallen away at times but by his Grace and compassion He writes in our heart his word which brings us back with repentance and we choose to allow him to work on us. Can you say wit certainty that this can not also be the same for this man. I understand it is popular to think one who is off track can’t come back on but if we look at Paul who was a Christian killer did not Jesus also redeem him? I do feel many who do come back as Paul and Peter did will have a price to pay. But to say they do not have a chance. That’s in error brother.

The Spirit of God gave me a divine visitation concerning these things, and I wrote a book called, "How Did I Get Here? A Judgement Seat Experience! Volume One!" And these very things are found in the book as well as some other things. I was given this back in 2010 before any of these things happen. We better repent! And I know why no calls me to come speak at their assemblies. Because I will come speaking Repentance for the Kingdom of God is at Hand! The same message that Apostle John spoke and Jesus Christ taught His Disciples. The same message we should be taking to the world. Help Us Holy Spirit!
One of my favorite songs by Mr. Murphy was "Empty Me" some lyrics were "Holy Fire burn away my desire for anything that is not of you & is of me, I want more of you & less of me, empty me.." Such a beautiful song that helped me through some of the toughest times of my life.. This is another example of how we ALL must examine our hearts daily to be sure we are not just honoring our Heavenly Father with our lips but yet our hearts are FAR from Him.. It's not the song that you were blessed to hear because there are songs in other places that are a blessing as well and no one is taking away from that! But the truth is that the consequences of his actions and the number of people who didn't receive the truth about Christ Jesus. That's the problem, not the songs! As a leader, we must carry ourselves to a higher standard in Christ Jesus and with the Holy Spirit direction. This doesn't make us higher than anyone else, but it actually supposed to humble us as we carried the Lord's Words. Our lives are displayed before the people and we are the responsible party to introduce Christ to the world. And therefore, we must show Christ Jesus 24/7 and operate as a Holy Nation in Christ. We must operate in the power of the Holy Spirit and move and Speak when He gives us directions and Words. And we must submit ourselves daily to the Lord Jesus Christ and give our entire life to Him. Therefore, we are no longer interested in the world and the things of the world. Our lives must be for Christ Jesus and not what we continue to desire. If we are doing these things, then we are missing the opportunity to be used by the Spirit of God. Now it is no longer about Christ, it is about ourselves. This is what separate us from the world. Anything else is just wrong! And William Murphy alone with so many others are lacking in this manner. And to tell anyone to sow your gratitude for your salvation is not even scripture. So, as a leader, we must examine ourselves including everyone else.

Wow. Seeing many of these assemblies in action has been a somber experience. I, for one, hope that we will fast and pray for the state of the body of Christ in the earth. Yes, we need correct teaching, accountability and the like, but if He doesn't open hearts to truth it will all be for nothing. Lord have mercy.

I thank God loves me with all my flaws. He's carried me through the worst times of my life and I knew He was with me. I have my own personal relationship with Him. I love Him and I know for sure He loves me. I will never great distracted by noise from any entity when He is concerned.
