You know back in dissidia she just had underwear so you could argue its some kind of censoring thing but honestly it just make sense for tifa’s character. She’s an agile fighter, she flips around all the time, of course she’s gonna wear shorts and cover her bits. The weird sex driven outfits in character designs really break immersion sometimes.
@@calebfoley5872 she wears skater shorts in Advent Children. Which nobody had issues with. People are getting pissed for nothing. Never felt a tinge of wokeness in my entire experience.

@@TomMooreT2S Listen, I understand not wanting to go detail and if you are someone who wants 'that', there are alternative sources, but I think the biggest issue is making character design choices that make me ask "wait, what why?" The one example is Samus having High heels but I can't remember other questionable design choices. I dont play FF7, give me Tifa in shorts damnit.
I’ve been thinking the exact same thing dude. The PC mods that will come out this & next year are going to be fucking killer. I can’t wait to watch the cur scenes

I hear people talk of censorship yet have found none. However this might be due to the region I am playing in.. which is indeed a funny thing.. I can play and watch things in english without any censorship.. at least in regards to cursewords and stuff like that. It is still funny to me how I can listen to music from america without the beeps in it.. man that country sucks so much. So pathetic... but then when it comes to depicting violence in games my country sucks due to outdated laws on age and greedy companies wanting their game to be playable by all ages.
Anyway, I don’t want my kid to learn from this and become a peeping Tom. I don’t want to hear my kid speak fxxk to me. Most of parents feel the same way, that is why we have content rating system. Without it, all video games have to face government censorship like those in China.

So not only is the lore of the game completely ruined, and the gameplay stupified, but they even pulled something like this. What a dumpster fire excuse of a game with pretty graphics.
Tifa was built on marketing sex appeal. Square literally made an " ethics committee" and was acting proud of censoring her bust size. Then they went back retroactively censored a 5 year old game. Everyone was fine with it before but all of a sudden, now it's wrong.
People act as though there's something shameful in being sexually appealing, but I'm sure quite a lot would like to consider themselves as sexy regardless of gender All this censorship in line with sanctimonious so-called virtue is pathetic
To any one who thinks this was censorship. You can run around in new game plus with aerith and tifa in their bathing suits the entire play through if you wanted. This was probably just a camera issue, or possibly just an issue with how objects interact.
Kind of, this happens to all characters, even the male ones, but, curiously, for all female characters, they disappear faster than male ones, so it is obviously on purpouse.

Mine was Aerith. I was able to lift her up the pole and she stayed stuck there. As my curiosity, I try to look under her dress but it was blacked but just her two ankles showing with no development or design of her full legs under the dress she wears.
In Final Fantasy XV's bestiary you can see the 3D models of all characters, monsters, enemies and bosses and rotate them in all directions... except with female characters, you can only rotate them horizontally.
Honestly. Fair enough. No modern game is gonna allow this anyway. Not with today's modern tech & culture. Too many "Modern audience" devs in the industry as well. They have ruined the gaming scene. They already nerfed Tifa's assets. So this shouldn't have surprised anyone.
What are those SE devs thinking?? How much is Rebirth costing?? More than free to play right?? I can open my free to play Naraka Bladepoint right now and see my two lovely "Japanese" girls Yoto Hime and Kurumi always flipping and upskirts... Showing off their black underwear all the time... The Kurumi and Yoto hime are default wearing black underwear and always showing off what's under their skirts.... Do the Square enix wants us to "forget" Tifa? And remember Kurumi and Yoto instead??
It would be funnier if Cloud couldn't lift the sign when Tifa is standing on it. Or if the player interrupts the lifting Tifa would get angry at Cloud for implying that she's heavy.
@@TheSpiderPan just look for FF7R models on deviant art, or google it's the ripped model from the game. I'm not sure of the rig is original in-game or rigged by the ones who ripped it
