It acutally has loads of inappropraite jokes, I mean reminder in the OG DHMIS episode 3 there is an explicitly joke of yellow guy petting a beaver and it saying "harder" sexually. If you want something from the new show there is a joke about a living toliet how willingly wants people to shit in him and the whole "Family" episode is filled with inappropriate jokes like the twins peeing themselves or their vaguely incestuous undertones It isn't that the jokes in this show are more age appropriate but more they are subtle about it and are more careful about when to be more in your face with a joke. Kinda reminds me of Shakespeare and how his plays are filled with low brow literal shit jokes but most people don't catch on cause of how it's written

Proof that adult animation doesn't have to be talking about sex every 5 seconds and horror doesn't have to have gore to be scary

Aw! As weird and goofy as the show is, something about the three main characters is super heartwarming sometimes. Despite having extremely different personalities they really are a tight knit group, and somehow complement each other like best friends should. That dynamic rocks
