call your insurance and request and audit done on all your claims. tell them you have reached your deduct and think your being over charged. it takes about 30-45 days. if you are being over. barged you will get a check.

Try US MED... I also hate Edgepark Also...Please don't disrespect T2Ds ... most didn't get D because of eating too many Jelly Beans...

I use Solara and they are a pain in the you-know-what! Every time I order supplies I have to call them multiple times just to get the stuff shipped out. I placed my last order Aug. 8 and still have not received it. I have been calling every week since mid-September and I get a different excuse every time as to why it hasn’t gone out. I have been told twice they are expediting their looking into the situation but I still don’t have my stuff. Even my insurance is frustrated with them. Whatever you do, don’t switch to them. My insurance told me this last week, after their umteenth call to them trying to get my shipment sent, that I could switch to Byram, CCS Medical, or Edgepark. So I guess I will cross off Edgepark from my list.

I use Solara and they don’t use the correct codes so Medicare & my supplemental deny my claims. I spend hours on the phone dealing with this! I feel your pain with supply companies.
