I'm one of those folks who's maintained my high school weight, 115 lbs and age 55; and it's true: no one seems to be impressed! But it takes commitment and discipline, especially after menopause! People don't realize that I have to work for it, too.
Low carbs here. Helped me enormously with the pain of osteoarthritis. Every person is different and should eat what hims become. Very American documentary, they look at it differently here, also have a completely different diet, and the food here is cheaper and better. America allows certain nutrients and food that are prohibited in the EU.
So you don't listen to anything that doesn't align with your beliefs? That's not going to help you in this life. Losing weight is great but carnivore is not sustainable. Never eating your favorite foods ever again. No birthday cake or champagne at a wedding. There's a life after you lose the weight. Social gatherings and celebrations. Life is going to happen and restricting everything will wear you down eventually.
@@FreedomforCanadians Carnivore IS sustainable, what an immature and inexperienced comment. 7 birthdays without a sugar bomb cake, 2 weddings without alcohol or asparagus spears on the side, my life is brighter and well remembered compared to when I was eating SAD. Life is happening and I am deep in it and NOT for a second do I feel restricted. Actually, I feel sorry for those who still eat according to the adverts.
I suffer from insomnia for twenty years now. Been working harder these last 2 years to resolve it.....I gained 150 lbs from Insomnia....being tired....I also overcome an eating disorder-- aversion to food...starvation......its difficult for me to make wise food choices because I don't value food, but I have to eat for necessity. But I can't get out of this insomnia. Which is rooted in lack of finances.
Your body is similar to a machine. If you want homeostasis: - must eat a variety of legit the SAME foods for a minimum 3-6 months straight - disciplined mind (prayer & mediation) body (food & exercise) & Soul (kundalini)
Better health: Stop eating & drinking ultra processed foods/drinks. First 2-4 weeks: Transition period where you will have dietary side effects with change of diet. Medication & supplements may need to be adjusted depending on the new diet. Vegan: high carb, high fibre, crude protein -ve must take supplements and missing essential fats. Always hungry/hangry. Max about 5 years before additional health decline Vegetarian: better than Vegan Keto (low carb, moderate protein, high fat) Ketovore (Same as above but 90%+ animal products) Carnivore (same as above 99% animal products + optional spices/dairy/eggs) Lion diet (same as above, ruminant animal meats only) Try for 90 days.
Lots of strange talk in this video! If you eat protein and fat you’re basically never hungry again! No cravings ! So if you feel that anything is wrong you’re most likely a sugar addict! This gym guy is not even close to how life is for most people !!’ You don’t need portion control if you get rid of carbs dude 😂😂😂😂
I hate to break it to that guy with the sister, but his sister, I assume, is female. She might have something going on that she has to manage with diet and exercise, maybe not. So, having the same parents doesn't mean everything. She could probably improve her all around heath with a better diet and exercise. Maybe one day she will realize that and do it. It's not always miserable to live an all-around healthy life. I'm still working on it myself.
could very well be true. And I do generally agree with the sentiment. Though I'd say the actual brother would have a better idea if this was actually the case than you or I.
