Sir, I have learned a lot regarding Mailchimp from your tutorials, I have a problem to be solved for my client. 1 How can we send language-based emails to woocommerce customers? 2 How can we send emails for out of stock products which haven't been shipped yet? sir plz reply.

Hi, 1. You'll need to pass data from WooCommerce to Mailchimp so that you can identify the language of the contact. You'll then be able to segment in Mailchimp based on the language data. 2. For out of stock products you'll need to send from WooCommerce itself (i.e. this would be a transactional email and not a marketing email).

Great video... Can one filter by audience? Say I have One audience and I have say 4 others. Can I create a segment in that one audience, where it will "remove" people that show in the other 4 audiences?

Unfortunately not 😒. Mailchimp treat Audiences as distinctly seperate entities.

Hi Gary - is it possible to combine different audiences that are tagged differently, into another tag? When I try to rename a tag to another tag it says this tag is already used. I have too many small audiences under different tags and want to merge / combine these 8 small groups into one large audience tag.

Hi Mario, instead of renaming a tag merely view everyone assigned to the old tag and add the new tag name to those people (in this way to aren't renaming a tag but adding the new tag to those contacts).
