The optimal body fat percentage for men and women are different. Men= 15%, women=25%. Optimal as in optimal for health, energy, libido, testosterone, hormonal balance, aesthetics etc.. The percentages are median values of course, a deviation of 3% plus or minus on either side is acceptable. The reason for different optimal bodyfat percentages is that women hold, on an average, ~10% body fat more, covering their organs (mainly breasts and pelvic areas but also the liver) for proper reproductive health and hormonal balance. That being said, a woman at 25% would look the same as a man at 15%. The difference is entirely internal. Women shouldn't try to get to any less than 20% bodyfat since that may cause menstrual issues and may even strip always fertility. The leanest for guys would be 12%-14% and for chicks, 22%-24%. These aren't my views. I'm studying kinesiology and these are facts. I understand in the video the guy meant well for everyone.

I think men need have better aesthetics to be termed as attractive bcoz women have long hair and wear makeup so most of the time their face is considered okay even if it's not defined , men specially masculine ones need to have defined face .

One important thing to note. Women can be average or below average looking but have the above average body and she will score 2-3 points in men. Most women can be a 7-s for most of the guys. Keep in mind that men can and do date down. Also men attractiveness is often hindered and lower than actual one. So you can have a situation when 8/10 men will date a 4/10 women with really good body as good body will elevate her to 7/10. In this world solid 7/10 women will still have a better dating results than many 8/10 men. This is reality. Now - try the same with 4/10 short guy. Or even 4/10 tall guy. If he get a god body he will be max 6/10 for most of the women. Which will be on pair with 5/10 overall rated women.

There isn't enough info on the ideal jawline. I've never really seen any study where box head jaw or overly round jaw is ideal on women. It's usually that in the middle v shape jawline. For the jawline we have that one study for reference and nothing for women. You should get dudes to rate female jawlines eye areas etc so we can actually learn about female aesthetics

I think eyes that area bit far apart (a bit not too drastic) are a good feature especially for women because they give a neotonous baby faced like look. Kate Moss and Anya Taylor Joy both have this.

Women overall can do a lot with make up, nose/earrings, hairs, extention of eyebrows etc. They can in general get away with more flaws while they can date up. As a guy you can try to fullfill the "female gaze", to looksmax your face. However I can only recommend that to a certain extent, "soft" looksmax: Having a good face hygiene, "fix" your eyebrows and having good hairs. I mean you still want to feel and appear masculine. To do makeup as guy I dont like personally (you are a guy not a girl), however in personal case it can be helpful if someone think that is neeeded for him.
