If everybody had land, everybody should be taught to farm for subsistence = NO hunger Then by province, everybody grows a different crop or herd livestock contingent on comparative advantage = making money from the land, creating jobs and decreasing imports. If your land has coal, minerals, etc you get paid for your land rights and allow public private partnerships to transform said resources for export and internal usage. A degree of decentralisation ensures everybody gets a slice of the pie.
