ANC forms 75% of ministers and depity ministers. ANC is still in control whereas they had only 40 % in the election. The party representation is not in the same ratio as how the people had votted for. This should be written in the constitution that a president cannot change the party representation in the cabinet. .. (A Party must have about 2.5 million registered voters before it can be registered as a party. Max 15 parties for the country).

Why do we need all these deputies? Also, Mr. President doesn't look too happy.
