Great video! The difference is a little exaggerated because the tenor is on the lighter side and the baritone is leaning towards bass-baritone. But you both have beautiful voices.

I never had an official teacher and am doing well but I will be working with a teacher soon and she says I’m a tenor, but I also find I feel okay on the low baritone notes, but I’m going to learn from her and I already feel more and more free as I’m coming out of my comfort zone. I don’t want to put labels on it but I wonder if I could be a dramatic tenor or something but I’m just going to be open and learn and use my voice to sing what works well for my voice and current abilities and allow myself to grow.
@@hoangquocchi some days it is stronger tho and can do lower like down to a D or Db tho. But generally around an e is my lowest natural chest note I would say. My high notes are also getting stronger day by day. I’m still young learning and growing, excited to see where things go. I appreciate your replies! You’re awesome!

'chest belt' is not really a technique. just a vague description of shouting the guy in the black shirt sings everything in Mode 1 phonation, with no air leaking and the greatest possible projection of his voice. when he crosses his passaggio, the resonance passes to a higher point in his body. sometimes this is called 'head voice', sometimes it's called 'mix voice', but it all describes the same thing. I would not say he 'covers', which describes a deliberate choice to darken the sound. the pass of the resonance into the skull is a natural phenomenon that doesn't need to be forced. he doesn't use falsetto, it's all M1 phonated.
@@hoangquocchiheldentenor could be considered deep - high voice but I think you are a bass-baritone mot heldentenor. But it would be cool to hear you sing repertoire like that to see how it goes actually. 😂
