Kota manila terlihat makin berkembang maju dan sudah banyak gedung pencakar langit yang merapat, Sama seperti Jakarta juga namun jakarta terlihat lebih unggul dalam segi bangunan pencakar langitnya yang lebih glowing.
Seriourly Jakarta has only the triangle CBD that has many buildings, other than that nothing anymore. Manila has many districts that has its own compact buildings like Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Manila Bay area, Araneta Center, Eastwood, Filinvest, and many more..these are different areas from North to South. Whereas Jakarta is just concentrated in the triangle, and for your information BGC alone is much bigger to the triangle cbd of Jakarta?and if only districts of Parañaque and Pasay allowed high rise buildings maybe Manila will dominate the most.
@@m0usai well that's the master plan. Landfill of Boskalis are all over in the reclaim areas of Manila Bay..other developers are creating already cbd's in nearby metro. Manila will have more and more cbd's

I'm a Filipino, as reading the comments, it is sad that a lot of Indonesian's really hated and looked down upon the Philippines (Filipino). I really have the impression that Indonesians are cool and kind to Filipinos. I thinking twice if we will book our ticket their for vacation for the coming years, as we might be called poor and as slum there, as we like to visit Jakarta. We are actually middle class. You will never know how high you go when you're at the bottom. Sometimes you're at the top, sometimes you're at the bottom. The wheels of fate/qadr will turn. Inshaa Allah. FYI, yes there were many slums in Manila before, but now, ghe government is removing it slowly but surely. If you visit other cities, there are few to no slums. I'm from the South of the Philippines though.
Para sila ay mga dating pobre na yumaman lang mataas na kaagad tingin sa sarili na para bang di sila galing sa dukha at sobrang kahirapan noon. The Philippines is still classy and on a league of its own not to our neighbors who are very trying hard to be somebody.
As a cebuano Filipino, i've been to manila just twice and i have not been to.abroad but if we base on this video, obviously i can say that jakarta is more progressive than Manila. Jakarta has many tall buildings. The problem of both capital is that they are prone to earthquake because both countries are located in the Pacific Ring of Fire which means there are many volcanoes especially Java Island has 112 volcanoes which is 35 of them are active while luzon has 33 volcanoes which is only 8 are active. So therefore, that all tall buildings in both city are nothing when strong earthquake will occur. So let's stop comparing anymore and let's all pray to God for guidance & protection. Let's entrust and rely everything to God because He is our Creator & Saviour. It's better to spread the love of God to everyone and ask God for the safety of all people in both cities or even in the whole world. To God All be the Glory. God Bless Us All! Spread love ❤❤❤ Please repent & pray to God always🙏🙏🙏....Bye & Just keep safe everyone ☺️🤗
Terimakasih saudara ku,,sahabat ku philipines,,,kami rakyat Indonesia selalu respect ,bangga, cinta dengan rakyat philipines,,kita saudara di kawasan Asean ,,,❤❤❤❤
Wrong Comparison. Metro Manila is equal to Jakarta. Metro Manila or just Manila is the National Capital Region, Jakarta is the Special Capital Region or DKI. Megapolitan Jakarta or Jabodetabek is equal to Mega Manila or Calabarzon( the provinces surrounding Manila)

There are more skyscrapers in the Philippines than Indonesia. Look at the skyline of Manila. Maybe that's is for Manila only without the buildings of Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Muntinlupa.
Even if I mention only the skyscrapers in Jakarta if I mention all the skyscrapers in the metropolitan area of Jakarta then they have around 3400 skyscrapers
