The Different Types of Screen Printing Emulsion and Which to Use 

Hey gang! Here's a quick rundown of the different types of emulsions, and when to use photopolymer or dual cure / diazo emulsion.

Great video! I have a question: I thought dual-cure was the "third" hybrid emulsion since it's a combination of diazo-sensitized and photopolymer. But in your video, you used dual-cure and mentioned another hybrid emulsion. What is dual-cure made of if it's not a "hybrid" emulsion. Thank you!

Soooo what do you use in your shop? Been using a Saatichem Textile Pv...... ultrafast exposure 12 seconds. But loose a lot of halftones. Thinking about Ulano Orange..... If you had only 1 in your shop what would it be? Thanks for all your hard work!!

Out of the two for beginners. Which is best to start with using 110,156, and 230 screens and the designs do not have half tone dots?

Hey how you doing Matt I was wondering if you do plastics all transfers

I need help in washing out my screen after just exposing it. My emulsion seem to dry up completely even when exposing my screen to the sun for just 10 seconds, I can’t seem to wash it out. My images appear to be very faint. Does it do that when expired? I use a diazo emulsion. I think I bought it 3months ago. Need your help.

I got one more question for you if you do some plastisol transferred for me I'm a beginner would it be possible for me to get the film positives?
