Funny how none of them has concrete , objective points. They themselves have no clarity. No idea what skills they are talking about. It's like the saying goes, "Your guess is as good as mine".

They said: Creativity, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills.

Would it be fair to say, that the age of the professional newbie, has come?

Why don't they mention clearly "emotional and social skills" ? To not make the information widely available ? But this is you read over and over again when it comes to important future skills...besides of course leadership abilities..flexibility...learn how to learn..

4:46 “I would recommend an 18 year old to try stuff”. Are you serious……an 18 year old is too green to know what to do and how to go about trying other things. I call this verbal fluff……sounds good but eventually disappears into thin air.

How about free human as like we did to horse before..I guess their no need to human to do job... cause automachine started..no need just make human free...and no more money slavery..man ..that's kinda unjustified if human do slavery for money after automatic system..human should do established of human future. Money should not produce our established or existence...but we need to get rid of money slavery first ..it's will alright. Money transfer into establish.. established needed because if might robot control over us ...in future . So we need to active but in established ..not money slavery....I will recommend to a 18 to 23 and myself that do for humanity something. ..not for job or money..cause no more slavery for money..just for our existing..

Not even good at dissembling, McKinsey. Your "experts" have better access to trends than I do yet even I know that AI is only a decade or two from being able to replace almost all of us in the workplace. Playing for time won't endear you to the future - a future in which McKinsey may be just a quaint name for a management app. Tell the truth.

A decade or two sounds a bit ambitious to me. But not as ambitious as anticipating that there will still be plenty of jobs for everyone and that we all just need to learn new skills.

Yes, 100% agree. However, sadly if you are the wrong race, gender, or religion (i.e. if the gatekeepers of the opportunities within an organization are prejudiced against you) it doesn't really matter. First and foremost, you should find the right employer or group of people to work with. Once you work with individuals and organizations that are ethical and inspire you, you are empowered and motivated to make a meaningful difference. And, never stop learning new skills, challenging yourself, and enhancing your critical thinking skills.
