Why change the recipe if it’s working? The new five series looks nice. However, they might need to replace the 7 Series’ design team. That front end looks hideous.
Having the I4 I'm curious how this sells. Love my I4 to death. Best car I have ever owned. Drives like a champ and the tech in it integrates amazing with Android Auto. Love how they separate the core functions though for the dashboard as a single pane but the infotainment is separate and can rebooted while driving and everything is touch, voice, or tactile on the console in the middle. Haters going to hate, but the new BMWs that are electric are amazing.
@@jojo8555 I have already visited a dealer in Ukraine and found out already now they are visiting 15,000 euros for pre-order and in a month or two already in the configurator to complete and find out the final cost, approximately the car in Ukraine will be in motion for Europe and America faster I think

I really wanted a fully electric 5 series….in 2017. I Settled for their 2018 5e plug-in hybrid. Since then I’ve purchased a fully BEV Audi and a Rivian R1S. When this finally releases in 2024, I’ll test drive it, but I think I’ll probably just pick up a Tesla Highland for $30k less or perhaps wait for a Rivian R2.
I am a BMW 5 series fan. Had the F10 absolutely beautiful car inside as well as outside to these date when I see one on the road I feel like I miss the older one. Now I have a G30 absolutely love it .When I first saw the exterior of G60 I was exited about it and wanted to own one, but after seeing the disaster from the interior I will get the G30 facelift and wait for the next generation of 5 series in about 6-7 years time. by a mile one of the most hideous interior BMW have ever produced.
you can't always expect car brands let alone bmw to stick with the same design for each models for years and years to play safe. it gets boring, its their choice to change the design for each model generation, and give each model its own identity in the line up. And I get it, the design might not be for everyone's taste, but do you y'all have to be this harsh to a design you haven't seen in real life. you only saw it in photos and videos, which doesn't do justice. So take a look at one on the road in person with careful judgement than decide weather or not you like it or not. Anyways looks good so far BMW, I am currently recommending either this car or the bmw ix1 to my teacher, who's looking forward to buy an electric car.
I looked back at the earlier designs of the 5 series (not the M5) and really don't know why the new design gets so much hate. I like the design very much and I really hope that BMW delivers a quality product in this day and age. I like BMW designs but the recent downward trend regarding quality in the German auto industry is unacceptable. Made in Germany = Quality. Don't taint that!

1080p upload just goes to show how far behind they are on tech - even a teenage RU-vidr knows 1080p YT looks terrible and 4K is needed if you don't want the video to look like a joke.
BMW bekommt das mit den Lieferzeiten des I5 M60 bestimmmt genauso gut in den Griff wie beim I4 M50, eben garnicht bis unterirdisch..... ich warte schon fast 2 Jahre....
Well, all previous regular 5series does not have good leg room for rear passengers.... If someone tall sits in front, you can not sit behind. Thats the same problem here.
