@@CreateHistoryTV 😒 No one mentioned religion. How you present yourself when talking or showing up for business or to work means A LOT! MANY of us were taught this at HOME and at school. That is why we had play clothes, school clothes, church clothes and special event outfits. This generation would show up in damn pajamas to a job interview. So showing them ESPECIALLY OUR YOUNG MEN that you can switch it up wear a suit and still be smart, make $$$ and be fly is VERY IMPORTANT.
When you're making the kind of money they're making you have to dress like that... mainly because they're not done, they're working on becoming lenders. Good stuff.

Actually lease also have depression and is folded into the ballon end price. But I know from a business lens you want people to lease but from a buyer lens it doesn’t always make sense.
Not true no balloon unless it a balloon loan.. Lease is purchase that you have an option to give back and get something new or keep.and pay off the residual value which they will tell you from the very beginning. Most dealers dont allow dealer to markup a lease buyout at the end.
@@citywoods9699 balloon payment at the end or not they always calculate your residual based on their bottom line at a forecasted price that will always be to their benefit not the consumer. But if you manage a good deal on the sale price and a few other parts of the lease you may or may not brake even at the end. Market dependent
