I enjoyed this segment so much. The fact that he switched careers and tapped into his real passion and love of family, food, and cooking. So inspirational. And food looks amazing. Definitely plan to visit next time in New York. Compliments to the chef!!

I’m from NOLA, so everything on the menu looks beautiful and delicious. Yes, everyone’s gumbo is distinctly their own. That’s what makes the cuisine so inviting and charming. Now if only we had the aromas!!!

All the New Orleans type restaurants have closed in New York. Im going to have to pay a visit to this place.
